Carlos joined Krispy Kreme in April 2008. Since then he's ensured that the Bluewater team consistently deliver a high quality product and cites his biggest achievement as reaching 100% in his internal audits. Carlos loves the brand and the products, but what has surprised him the most are the amount of opportunities for career development. He would describe working at Krispy Kreme as about making people happy and sharing the magic of a Krispy Kreme moment.
