Favourite Doughnut: Cookies and Kreme

Karen joined Krispy Kreme in August 2005 and is a store manager for Euston and Holborn. Her biggest challenge has been delivering exceptional standards of health and safety within her stores and supporting other managers within her area. It was an element of work that she had no experience in, but she's always been encouraged to take on more responsibility by her managers and now holds a Level 3 certificate in Health & Safety.
