For our production specialists and team leaders, it's all about the perfect ring or shell doughnut. Every single different doughnut expertly made, every time. So that each guest experiences our Krispy Kreme magic. To do that takes practice, but don't worry we'll make sure you know every single doughnut recipe like the back of your hand. You'll also be sure to follow all health, safety and hygiene standards at all times and help to keep the machine and production area in tip-top shape. A great team player, you'll ideally have experience in a fast paced food service or prep environment.
For our processing team, it's all about the skillful hand-pumping and hand-topping each of our delicious doughnuts, so that each guest experiences the Krispy Kreme magic. And believe us, this takes some practice! But don't worry, we'll make sure you are fully trained in pumping and decorating all of our core and seasonal doughnuts varieties. You'll also be sure to follow all health, safety and exceptional hygiene standards at all times and help to keep the processing area and equipment in tip-top shape. A great team player, you'll ideally have experience in a fast paced food service or prep environment.
For you our retailers, it's all about delivering exceptional brand experiences. Whether our guests want to take a break from a hard days shopping with a doughnut and coffee or take a double dozen to the office to celebrate a birthday, you'll ensure that each guest is served with a sprinkle of Krispy Kreme brand magic. And if any of our customers aren't too sure what to have, you're always ready to give them some expert advice. When it comes to great customer service and keeping the store clean and inviting, you're a natural – passionate, friendly, helpful and proud of what you do.
The cornerstone of each Krispy Kreme Hub and Spoke community, you'll balance a complex set of responsibilities, ranging from hands-on leadership of your team to reporting to the board of directors. Managing over £100,000 of revenue each week, it'll be up to you to maximise profitability, raise local brand awareness and ensure that our guests have a delightfully unique experience. In return, we'll give you genuine scope and freedom to make your mark.
If you've great business acumen, love autonomy and like your fair share of variety and challenge, this is the role for you. Supporting the Operations Manager, you'll have full responsibility for all back-of-house activity and the sales of all doughnuts not sold in a Krispy Kreme store. To sum this position up, you'll need to be a manufacturing expert, product quality guru, logistical specialist and a forecasting master, not to mention great at forging relationships with our retail partners, such as Tesco, Moto and Welcome Break.
Based in the Hub's retail location, you'll lead from the front, motivating your team to ensure every aspect of the guest experience is just perfect. You'll ensure that our Doughnut Theatre is well hosted, that the store is an integral part of the local community and collaborate with our campaign manager to design innovative local marketing initiatives.
Every week our product managers oversee the creation of up to 100,000 perfectly formed, batch-cooked, hand-finished doughnuts. You'll have complete ownership of a bespoke Krispy Kreme production line, keeping it exceptionally well-maintained and learning to love even the smallest of its idiosyncrasies. But that's not all, you'll also be committed to developing each and every one of your production and processing specialists that create our great-tasting doughnuts.
Working closely with the senior retail manager in the Hub store (or independently in smaller Hubs), you'll bring the guest experience to life. It's a role with plenty of variation. You'll be involved in everything from developing and inspiring your team and supporting the best Baristas through the regional and national championships to creating a plan to win a coveted award at our spectacular annual ceremony.
'Spokes' are coffee-shop style stores with deliciously fresh doughnuts supplied every single morning from the Hub. An important part of the area management team, you'll report to the senior general manager and have full P&L responsibility for one or two stores. You'll need a real passion for the brand, top drawer commercial acumen and an inspirational leadership style.
Our drivers are the people that keep everything moving. Every morning at 4am you'll ensure that each Krispy Kreme truck is on the road and our shops and in-store cabinets receive a fresh supply of great-tasting doughnuts in time for the morning rush. You'll also merchandise our doughnuts in selected Tesco, Moto and Welcome Break outlets throughout the UK, so play a big part in growing the brand. It's a bit of a logistical mission, but with your delivery experience in a similar setting, you'll be able to rise to the challenge.
You'll be the one that keeps everything running smoothly. Something of an organisational wizard, you'll support the Operations Manager with everything from cash and stock control to payroll and handling customer feedback, as well as manage all fundraising orders. It's a busy role, but with your brilliant multi-tasking skills, excellent attention to detail and ability to work with any and every one, it should be a breeze.
