Here's a few members of our Slough Hotlight Store team collecting one of our coveted awards at our annual ceremony in February 2010.

When you apply, we'll ask you to complete a values questionnaire. Don't worry there are no right or wrong answers. It's all about finding out what sort of person you are, what gets you motivated and where you'd fit in best at Krispy Kreme.

Scenario One
If you were to receive an Employee of the Month Award in your store, what would be the main reason?
Everybody loves to work when you're on shift. You contribute to the team spirit, you are always motivated, positive and helpful. Your team mates all know that you are very dependable at work; you never turn up late for your shift and you always help to cover extra shifts when things get busy. You are a very genuine person so your colleagues trust you. You are respectful and supportive of your colleagues plus you always keep your promises.

Scenario Two
Your colleague has asked you for feedback on their customer service in preparation for their performance review. Why?
You are always happy to share your knowledge and experience with others freely. Plus, you always notice when someone is doing a good job and take the time to tell them. You have had lots of performance reviews before so you know what to expect and your colleague trusts that you can tell them everything they need to know. Your colleague knows that you are always observing and listening to what goes on at work. They trust that you will be honest and will keep the discussion confidential.

Scenario Three
You have received a Magic Moment award to recognise a fantastic customer compliment. Why?
You have a lot of pride in the brand and this comes across to our guests. In this instance, you talked passionately about our products and shared with them the secret of our delicious coffee whilst making sure every doughnut was the perfect quality. You paid lots of attention in your training and remembered to follow all the instructions when serving the customer. You didn't miss a thing! A guest came into the store with her children and lots of shopping because it starting to rain so you took their drinks and doughnuts over to t
